The Supply Chain Analyst position at GroWrk Remote is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and managing supplier offers for both current and potential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and a keen eye for accuracy.
In this role, you will:
Receive and process supplier offers, ensuring accurate data entry into our system.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion.
Updating prices for internal clients and prospects.
Managing special volume-based deals.
Implementing strategic costing approaches.
Generate precise price quotations for a range of goods and services.
Input and updated pricing information in the system, ensuring accuracy.
Follow up with partners to ensure timely order completion.
Verify and validate proposals, ensuring they align with the selected supplier's offerings.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and workflows.
Prepare comprehensive reports related to quotations, purchases, and supplier offers.
Maintain 95% on-time updates.
Ensure 95% of orders meet SLA requirements.
Keep escalated orders below 5%.
Preffered: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in order management, vendor coordination, or procurement.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive and strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and finds solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
Experience in pricing roles within IT asset management companies.
