The Jr UX Researcher (AI-Powered) at GroWrk Remote supports the product and design teams by generating actionable user insights through a combination of foundational UX research practices and AI-assisted analysis. This entry-level role focuses on accelerating discovery, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and enabling more informed product decisions at scale.
Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and key questions.
Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting exercises, using AI to generate research materials.
Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns, and generate insights more efficiently.
Use AI assistance to synthesize research findings, create user personas, journey maps, and research reports.
Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and document findings.
Support the creation and maintenance of research repositories to ensure insights are accessible and actionable across the company.
Help translate research findings into clear recommendations for design and product teams.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong curiosity about user behavior and eagerness to understand how people interact with digital products.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights from data.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI assistants for analysis and synthesis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of Figma and research tools: Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.
