Position Overview

The Jr UX Researcher (AI-Powered) at GroWrk Remote supports the product and design teams by generating actionable user insights through a combination of foundational UX research practices and AI-assisted analysis. This entry-level role focuses on accelerating discovery, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and enabling more informed product decisions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and key questions.

  • Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting exercises, using AI to generate research materials.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns, and generate insights more efficiently.

  • Use AI assistance to synthesize research findings, create user personas, journey maps, and research reports.

  • Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and document findings.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of research repositories to ensure insights are accessible and actionable across the company.

  • Help translate research findings into clear recommendations for design and product teams.

Qualifications

Desired

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong curiosity about user behavior and eagerness to understand how people interact with digital products.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights from data.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI assistants for analysis and synthesis.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of Figma and research tools: Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced English Level
