We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can help position GroWrk as the leading voice in IT Asset Management, Global IT Operations, and Remote Workforce Enablement.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands modern content, distribution, SEO, AI search, social media, and executive thought leadership.

The Role

You will own GroWrk's content strategy and execution across organic channels.

Your mission is to transform company knowledge, operational data, customer insights, and industry trends into content that drives awareness, authority, engagement, and organic growth.

You'll work closely with company leadership, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to identify unique stories and turn them into compelling content that reaches decision-makers across multiple channels.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and build systems that scale.

What You'll Own

1) Executive Thought Leadership

Partner with company leadership to build a consistent and credible thought leadership presence.

You will:

  • Create founder and executive content for LinkedIn

  • Develop strong points of view on industry trends

  • Turn leadership conversations into content

  • Create narrative-driven content around IT operations, procurement, logistics, and remote work

  • Identify opportunities to participate in industry conversations

  • Build repeatable thought leadership programs

We want content that creates influence—not generic marketing posts.

2) Social Media & Organic Distribution

Own GroWrk's organic social media presence and content distribution strategy.

You will:

  • Build and manage content calendars

  • Create channel-specific content strategies

  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms

  • Drive audience growth and engagement

  • Develop systems that maximize content distribution and lifespan

Channels include:

  • LinkedIn

  • Reddit

  • YouTube

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Emerging social platforms

You should understand how content formats, audience behavior, and distribution strategies differ across platforms.

3) Original Research & Data-Driven Content

One of GroWrk's biggest advantages is access to unique operational and logistics data.

You will:

  • Identify trends and stories within company data

  • Create original research reports

  • Develop benchmark studies and industry insights

  • Partner with internal teams to uncover meaningful findings

  • Transform proprietary information into compelling content assets

Examples include:

  • Global IT logistics trends

  • Equipment lifecycle benchmarks

  • Regional hiring and device deployment insights

  • Remote workforce infrastructure trends

  • Procurement and asset management research

We want to create content that cannot be replicated by competitors using publicly available information.

4) SEO & AI Search Optimization

Own GroWrk's content strategy for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

You will:

  • Identify high-impact SEO opportunities

  • Create content that drives organic traffic

  • Develop topic clusters and content roadmaps

  • Improve content discoverability and authority

  • Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms

This includes:

  • Google Search

  • ChatGPT

  • Perplexity

  • Gemini

  • Claude

  • Other emerging AI search experiences

You should understand both traditional SEO and the evolving world of AI Search Optimization (AIO).

5) Content Production & Editorial Excellence

Own the creation and quality of written content across all channels.

You will:

  • Write and edit long-form content

  • Create blogs, reports, guides, and thought leadership articles

  • Develop newsletters and campaign content

  • Maintain editorial standards and brand consistency

  • Ensure all content aligns with business objectives

You should be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on writing.

6) Creative Direction & Design Collaboration

Work closely with designers, video editors, and contractors to bring content to life.

You will:

  • Create clear content and creative briefs

  • Translate ideas into visual concepts

  • Provide guidance for social graphics, infographics, reports, and videos

  • Collaborate on YouTube and short-form video content

  • Ensure visual assets align with content objectives

You do not need to be a professional designer.

However, you must have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to clearly communicate creative requirements to designers and content creators.

7) AI-Powered Content Operations

Help GroWrk build a modern content engine powered by AI.

You will:

  • Develop AI-assisted content workflows

  • Improve content production efficiency

  • Experiment with new AI content tools

  • Build scalable content systems and processes

  • Collaborate with Growth to automate repetitive content tasks

We're looking for someone who embraces AI as a tool for increasing leverage—not replacing creativity and strategic thinking.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Editorial, Thought Leadership, Content Strategy, or a related role

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills

  • Experience managing content across multiple social media platforms

  • Experience creating executive or founder-led content

  • Strong understanding of content distribution and audience growth

  • Experience developing SEO-driven content strategies

  • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and tools

  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience working with North American B2B SaaS companies

  • Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments

  • Able to operate independently and take ownership without extensive oversight

Strong Plus

  • B2B SaaS experience

  • Experience creating original research or data-driven content

  • Experience building executive personal brands

  • Experience growing LinkedIn audiences

  • Experience with Reddit communities and content distribution

  • Experience with YouTube content strategy

  • Familiarity with IT, logistics, procurement, HR tech, or remote work industries

  • Basic design experience using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with HubSpot and modern marketing tools
