Overview

GroWrk is on a mission to support globally distributed teams with seamless IT asset management—from procurement to delivery, all in one platform. As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the front lines of our growth, helping Enterprises around the world modernize and scale their remote operations.

You’ll qualify inbound leads, run full-cycle sales motions for customers, and proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting. You’ll be able to negotiate and close deals. You’ll be able to bring analysis and ideas to enhance processes and sales operations.

What You’ll Do

Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond to and convert inbound interest into discovery calls and opportunities.

Run Full-Cycle Deals: Own the sales process from discovery to close for new accounts.

Outbound Prospecting: Research, target, and reach out to new potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Book & Run Demos: Deliver compelling product demos that tie our platform’s value to customer needs.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales engineers, customer success, and marketing to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent customer experience.

Maintain Your Pipeline: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to track activity, forecast accurately, and stay organized.


Experience and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales

Proven experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals

Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound motions

Familiarity with SaaS, IT, or hardware procurement industries

Skills & Tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Native English speaker

Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot platforms, and email automation tools (e.g. MixMax, Outreach)

Comfortable managing high activity levels

Curious, adaptable, and coachable with a team-first attitude
